3/4 lb. Butter (room temperature)
2 bulbs of garlic, yes bulbs, not single cloves.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 - Lop off the pointy end to expose a small amount of the clove inside.
 - Drizzle olive oil over the cloves, wrap in foil, and bake for an hour or until soft.
 - Remove the bulbs, and squeeze the garlic cloves out into a mixing bowl.
 - Smash with forks until a good consistency, combine with room temperature butter.
 - Place in fridge to harden up.
