Garlic Butter

Short and sweet recipe today, no pictures really.

3/4 lb. Butter (room temperature)
2 bulbs of garlic, yes bulbs, not single cloves.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lop off the pointy end to expose a small amount of the clove inside.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cloves, wrap in foil, and bake for an hour or until soft.
  4. Remove the bulbs, and squeeze the garlic cloves out into a mixing bowl.
  5. Smash with forks until a good consistency, combine with room temperature butter.
  6. Place in fridge to harden up.
Use on bread to be toasted, or any other way you want. Makes a large amount of butter.
